Delivery details and cost for corrugated plastic and pergola roofing

The following delivery details are not a guarantee, they are guidelines only. If there are any issues with supply or delivery, we will do our best to keep you informed.

We recommend ordering early, and not booking an installer until you have the products on site.

All polycarbonate roofing, flashings, accessories and Crystalite will come on the same truck, so delivery can be combined for these.

Astariglas, glazing bars, flat polycarbonate, shade sails, outdoor blinds, Guttersmart, and StableStones are each sent on different carriers (from various places), so we're unable to combine deliveries for these.

The map below shows our standard delivery routes and schedules. Orders need to be received and paid for by 10am the working day before, to make the next available delivery day.

Delivery is to your address (you don't have to pick up from a depot). Please tell us a safe place to leave it if you're not going to be there. Someone will generally need to be there to help the driver for sheets over 4.0m long, or for any Crystalite sheets.

90% of our orders arrive within these time-frames, however there are sometimes delays that are outside of our control.

If you are outside the highlighted areas on the map, have a difficult driveway for a large truck, live on a gravel road or cul de sac, or do not have turning space on the road, please check with us first before ordering. We may still be able to deliver to you. Not all delivery addresses are accessible by the delivery vehicles (even if in the delivery zone). We check each address before sending and will let you know of any issues.

Note:
December is our busiest month, and has the highest chance of freight delays. We recommend ordering as early as possible (ideally in November) if you need delivery before Christmas.

Delivery is available in the Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington Christchurch and Dunedin metro areas (non-rural). We can't give an exact date for delivery but it's generally no longer than 5 working days (usually around 2).

Someone will need to be on-site to assist the driver with delivery.

Pick up may also be available from Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch depots.

Delivery is available nationwide. Manufacturing lead time is 5 working days and shipping time is 2-6 working days.

Glazing bars and flat polycarbonate glazing

Delivery is available nationwide. Lead time is up to 5 working days, up to 15 working days for powder coating. Someone will need to be on-site to assist the driver with delivery. If we're unable to deliver to your address you may be able to pick up from the nearest Mainfreight depot. Note, these products are not covered under our standard delivery fee. For all deliveries, please ask for a quote first.
