We have a number of different shut down and cut-off dates depending on product.

Note: November and December are our busiest months, and have the highest chance of freight delays or issues. We recommend ordering as early as possible (ideally in November) if you need delivery before Christmas.

Whilst we will do our best, and most orders will still be delivered according to schedule, we can not absolutely guarantee delivery times over this period. It is a crazy time for all freight companies and suppliers!

Polycarbonate roofing, Twinwall, flashings, accessories and Crystalite

  • Cut-off date for all delivered orders is
    • Friday 5 December for South Island
    • Friday 12 December for North Island
  • Last delivery runs will be between 10-18 December
  • Normal deliveries will commence from Wednesday 14 January

Auckland store polycarbonate roofing pick ups

  • Last date for pick ups is mid day Monday 22 December
  • Anything not usually kept in stock will need to be ordered by Friday 12 December
  • Store will open again for pick ups on Tuesday 27 January

Napier store polycarbonate roofing pick ups

  • Last date for pick ups is Tuesday 23 December
  • Anything not usually kept in stock will need to be ordered by Friday 12 December
  • Store will open again for pick ups on Monday 5 January

Astariglas acrylic

  • No deliveries or pick ups from 20 December to 12 January (order cut-off Thursday 11 December)

Shade sails

  • Order cut-off for manufacture and despatch before Christmas is Monday 15 December. All further orders will be manufactured in 2026. Despatch means it will be sent before Christmas (not necessarily delivered), we can not guarantee courier delivery times so we recommend you order early.
  • Factory shut down is from 24 December to 7 January. This shut down will add to any normal lead times.

Outdoor Blinds and Retractable Awnings

  • Order cut-off for despatch before Christmas is 10 November for awnings and 17 November for blinds. All further orders will be delivered in 2026.
  • Factory shut down is from 19 December to 7 January. This shut down will add to any normal lead times.

UGS glazing bars, flat polycarbonate and kitsets

  • No deliveries from 17 December to 12 January
  • Lead time for powder coating is generally 3-4 weeks, lead time for mill finish is generally 1 week, we recommend you order early as we cannot guarantee delivery dates

Guttersmart foam and StableStones pavers

  • Cut-off for orders delivered before Christmas is Friday 12 December. High volume of freight over this time. Add up to 5 working days to delivery times.
